A team of dedicated professionals
Every corner of our school is designed to foster independence, creativity, and social skills in a warm and stimulating environment.
Our Philosophy
Founded in 1989 by Michèle Cuesta, the École Maternelle Française POMME D’API is a French, secular school that serves children ages 2 to 6. Since its founding, the school has been located in the residential area of Parque Conde de Orgaz, moving to different facilities as the number of classes increased. Since 1997, Pomme d’Api has been at its current location at Avenida de los Madroños, 69.
The school is located very close to the French Lycée in Madrid, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with plenty of green spaces. POMME D’API educates children in accordance with the official curricula of the French Ministry of Education, as it has been a member of the AEFE (Agence de l’Enseignement Français à l’Étranger) since 2007.
